Before you book the boots

Bach questions

How far ahead should we book?

For spring and fall Saturdays, three to six months out. Vans, party wagons and private chefs go first, so lock those at least six to eight weeks ahead even if the rest is still loose.

Which weekends are busiest?

April through June and September through early November, plus any weekend with a big concert or CMA Fest in June. Book those earlier and expect higher hotel rates.

Can we drink on the party wagons?

Most wagons and pedal taverns are BYOB, with rules on containers and how much you can bring. Every operator is different, so check theirs when you book.

We're 15 or more. Can you handle it?

Yes. Big groups need two vans, private rooms for dinner and a room block. Build the plan, tick "help me book this", and a local will take it from there.
