Before you book
How far ahead should we book the van?
For Friday and Saturday nights in spring and fall, three to six weeks. Weeknights and airport runs are usually fine a few days out.
What's included in the $299 concierge call?
A 30-minute call with a local insider and a custom itinerary for your group's dates. Tickets, deposits and anything you book are paid separately.
How is the bach concierge free?
It's free for you. The vendors we book, like wagons, photographers and glam teams, pay us when they're booked through us, and you pay their normal price. We only book people we'd send our own friends to.
Do booking links cost me anything extra?
No. Some hotel and tour links earn us a commission from the partner. The price you see is the same as booking direct.
