Partner Local businesses
Fill the room
Restaurants, bars, shops, studios, salons, clinics, gyms. You do not need a campaign. You need a Tuesday that is not dead and an opening people actually hear about.
Reach in this city, not reach in general
Paid social for a room with a door mostly lands on two groups. People who will never drive to you, and regulars who were coming anyway. You pay for both.
We are the other thing. 750,000 people follow this city specifically. Most of them live inside a twenty minute drive of your front door, and ten thousand of them asked us in writing what is worth doing this week.
You also do not arrive as an advert. We are already covering what is happening in Nashville that week. Partners get built into that. A listing on the calendar people scan. A line in the email they opted into. A reel that sits in the feed next to everything else we shot, because it was shot the same way.
Start with one campaign. If it does not move anything we will tell you.
Every partner clears a check before we take a cent. The product or service, how the place is run, and what this city already says about you. It is quick, and it is why a co-sign from us is worth anything.
An opening or a re-opening. A menu drop. A residency or a recurring night. An anniversary. A festival weekend when the whole city is already looking up.
Every event on this site can be submitted free and a person reviews it. You pay for the pin, the camera and the email. Never for the right to be here.
What we build for you
All four tiers →Featured listing
Your night pinned to the top of the events board and labelled featured, for the whole run, with remind-me capture on it.
Ask about this → All tiers EmailNewsletter feature
Written into the weekly send to ten thousand people who asked us what is worth showing up for.
Ask about this → All tiers SocialReel package
Vertical cuts shot in your room and edited. Delivered to you, posted by us, and yours to run anywhere forever.
Ask about this → All tiers LiveLive from your room
We cover the night live and clip it afterwards. An opening, a first service, a sold out Friday. The replay stays in the archive.
Ask about this → Campaign and upWhat this looks like when it works
The archive →Our hot chicken guide has been sending people to counters in this city for years. A guide does not scroll away. It sits there answering a question people type in every day.
We cover the Wags & Walks adoption floor every Saturday morning. Not a stunt, not a one off. That is the level of attention a local room gets here.
Reminder counts move days ahead of the night. If yours is flat a week out we tell you and we push again, instead of letting it die quietly and sending you a report.
Where you usually start
Compare the tiers →Campaign
One moment, built and pushed. An opening, a menu launch, an anniversary, a night that has to land.
- Featured listing for the run of your event
- 1 feature in the weekly newsletter
- 1 visit: live from your room, or a shoot
- 3 vertical reels, posted with you as a collab
- Usage rights and a report on views, clicks and reminders
If you run more than one moment a year, buy the Residency instead. It is $1,500 a month on a three month minimum, which works out cheaper than two campaigns and keeps you in the calendar and the newsletter the whole time.
If you have a room but no date, skip the listing. We come in for a couple of hours, shoot the place properly, and you get cuts you can run for a year while you work out what the date is.
If you are opening something, talk to us six weeks out rather than six days. The difference between a good opening and a quiet one is how long people have known about it.
The questions you were going to ask
- We are a restaurant, not an event
- Then we make one. A menu launch, a chef's night, a pop-up collaboration, an anniversary, a last Sunday of the month thing. The calendar is how this city decides where to go, and getting on it needs a date. If there genuinely is not one, buy the cuts instead and we will shoot the room.
- Why pay when Instagram is free?
- Your Instagram reaches people who already follow you, which means people who already know you exist. This reaches people deciding what to do tonight who have never heard of you. And the plain listing here is free either way.
- What is the approval check, really?
- Somebody from this team turns up as a customer first. We look at the product, at how the place is run, and at what the city already says about you. It takes days, not weeks. If something comes up we tell you what it was.
- What if nobody comes?
- You will know early, because we count reminders in the days before rather than tickets on the night. If it is flat we tell you and we push again. The report afterwards includes the numbers that did not work.
- Do you cover businesses for free?
- Constantly. Most of what is on this site we chose and paid for ourselves. If we want to cover you we will, and there will be no invoice. What you are buying here is timing and certainty.
