Partner Music
This city's first language
A hometown date. A release week. A residency. A room with forty nights a quarter to sell. A festival weekend. We cover music here the way the city actually lives it.
Coverage and an asset library, not a poster
Everyone who plays this city gets the same three things. A poster, a ticket link, and a phone video shot from row twelve. None of it is an asset, and none of it is still working in March.
If you are an act or a label: we cover the night live, clip it into verticals you can run for a year, keep the replay in an archive people browse, and pin the date to the calendar locals scan on a Wednesday. Then we tell you how many people asked to be reminded before doors.
If you are a venue or a promoter: you do not have one night to sell, you have forty. Your whole calendar goes on the board, verified and kept current, at no cost. Then a set number of nights a month get featured placement, coverage or cuts. We choose them together based on what is actually soft.
If you are a festival: it is a coverage page. Every set, every note, every cut, in one place that builds across the weekend and stays up as the record of it.
You keep everything. Full resolution footage, a clean board feed, every cut, licensed for your channels in perpetuity.
Every partner clears a check before we take a cent. The product or service, how the place is run, and what this city already says about you. It is quick, and it is why a co-sign from us is worth anything.
Costs nothing Sync your calendar todayVenues and promoters: send a feed or a spreadsheet and we keep your listings current without you emailing them one at a time. No charge, whatever else you buy.
Already doing it Benefit nightsThe Gary LeVox veterans benefit, end to end. The set, the writers' round that ran forty minutes long, the auction. We stayed on until the total was read. It cleared $250,000.
Our desk stars what it thinks is worth your Saturday and no money changes that. Paid placement is labelled featured and sits alongside it. That separation is why the featured slot works.

The archive →Rock the Ryman with John Oates, Wynonna, Sam Bush and Yola. Post Malone at Nissan Stadium. CMA Fest. And a Tuesday at a hundred and fifty cap, which is the same job with fewer cameras.
Three cameras and a roaming gimbal, wireless lavs, a board feed and a backup recorder. Then the cuts. Forty seconds you can feel, not a three minute montage nobody finishes.
750,000 people who follow this city. Ten thousand on a weekly email. 4.2 million video views last year. You do not have to explain to them why the date matters.
Where you usually start
Compare the tiers →Campaign
Built for a hometown date, a record coming out, or a residency you need to sell through.
- Featured listing on the events board for the run
- 1 feature in the weekly newsletter
- Live coverage of the night, your name on it
- A scheduled replay kept in the archive
- 3 vertical cuts, licensed to you
- Full resolution footage and board feed handed over
Venues and promoters: do not buy the campaign. Sync your calendar free, then take the Residency at $1,500 a month on a three month minimum. Featured nights, monthly cuts and a newsletter slot, with the soft nights chosen together as you go.
Festivals: buy the coverage page first. It is the only format that captures a weekend properly, and unlike everything else it is still working in November.
Approval is yours. Nothing unreleased goes out. You see every cut before it publishes, and if a song is not cleared it does not appear.
The questions you were going to ask
- Our label already handles press
- This is not press. It is coverage, a permanent asset library and a calendar placement. Put us in touch with your publicist and we will work to their plan. We have no interest in owning the announce.
- Do you pay for content?
- No, and we do not charge for editorial either. If we decide to cover you, that is free. What you are buying here is a production with distribution attached, on a date you choose, with certainty. We keep the two apart on purpose.
- Can we buy the spotlight?
- No. The star our desk puts on an event is editorial and is not for sale at any price. Paid placement is labelled featured and pins to the top of the board regardless of date.
- Which nights should a venue feature?
- The soft ones, never the sold ones. Featuring a sold out Friday is money set on fire. If we can see the calendar far enough ahead, the reminder data tells us which Tuesdays are in trouble while there is still time.
- Do you take a cut of ticket sales?
- No. We do not sell tickets, take a rev share, or touch your box office. Flat fees, and the ticket link goes straight to you.
- What about exclusivity?
- We list every venue in this town free and always will, because a partial calendar is a useless one. What can be exclusive is the paid placement and the coverage slot, by category and by window.
What is the night?
Give us the room, the date and what it is for. Or the whole calendar if you have one. We come back with what we would cover, what you would own, and a number.
